    powder range gaps?

I would think what you're seeing is the 45 Colt data for differing revolvers. The older revolvers are not really suited for some of the higher pressure loads thus the low range. I'm guessing you saw speeds in the low range top at 800-900 fps. The stronger models, Ruger Blackhawk, Freedom Arms...

.30-30 Ackley Improved and Leverevoultion powder

If that's the case, and not having done a 30-30 AI, firing a regular case to fireform would worry me unless you're really jamming the bullet.

.30-30 Ackley Improved and Leverevoultion powder

Just a point. AI cartridges require a slight set back in a barrel you've had reamed from a standard to an AI. That is what provides the slight " crush fit" with the standard cartridge being fired in the AI chamber. I believe the difference is generally .004. Without that you are going to have...

Bullet choice for 30-06 reduced load

Good advice there. The 150 BT would also work for you. Any of the cup and core bullets should perform well on deer at lower speed. I think you'll be very pleased how well they work for you. 4895 is a good one to load down with also. You're on the right track.

    357sig tips n tricks?

FCD is a great tip. I don't bell the necks on the 357 Sig and have done fine through quite a few loads. For carry, I load the 124 Speer Gold Dot with AA 9 (around 13 gr) CCI primers. I also sort by headstamp. Ensures some consistency at least. Just for messing around, most of the 124 gr...

    45-70 mbc 300, 405 loads

I load 3031, 4198 and RL7. My favorite is RL7 with jacketed bullets although I've only shot the Oregon Trail 405s with it in cast. Any of the three mentioned will work for you. One of the previous posters had it right when he said cast doesn't need to be run fast to work well. You can push them...

    Best 357SIG BULLETS?

Depends on the usage. For just shooting or targets all the ones mentioned will work. If for carry, the only bullet I load is the 124 gr Speer Gold Dot. They stay together and expand consistently no matter how hard you push them. IMO, the absolute best powder for the 357 Sig is Accurate #9...

    Pillar/Glass bedding Mauser k98

First post here, nice group of folks you have. MarineTex is good stuff, I agree. I have even seen JB Weld used. A great release agent is Hornady One Shot Case Lube in the spray can. Gets into all those places that you think bedding can't get, but somehow does.:)
