I’ve got the compact in 40 S&W. To me it’s not so much a cary gun as it is a pickup console gun. It shoots great and since it’s a hand full recoil isn’t bad at all.

Anyone else have a problem getting all 10 cartridges in the 10 round 1911 9mm magazines? My OEM Rock Island 10 round magazine refuses to let the 10 th round load, in fact it doesn’t particularly like the 9th round either. My Brownell’s brand magazines work pretty well.
