Didn't think it would be such a hit. I guess I can print them since there is a little interest. I have one modification I would like to make first. Just I am a novice at CAD.
These are the lights I used...
All the positives makes me feel better about the decision I just made. I have yet to load .223 and .308 but I just bought 10lbs so I would have to only deal with one powder that seems to be available. Didn't hurt it was cheaper by a few dollars then the rest.
Picked up several pounds of pistol...
Wanted to be able to dial in my charges. For my 9mm load the OEM discs with CFE Pistol made to big of a jump between sizes. I can now print these out and drill the size I need.
Not much experience under my belt, and you may have other issues. But one thing I found with a similar issue, just not as wide of swing, is when you seat the bullet try to use the same force and speed with each bullet. I found if I go real slow and easy compared to firm and controlled my OAL...
Excellent advice.
Just did a large batch, 90% full, of decapped 5.56. I did not use the SS pins. Set for an hour and they came out sparkling. Dawn/lemi shine.
I set out to make my own discs. Here is the first prototype hot off the press. I drew it up with only two holes for simplicity. Can be drilled out to meet any need from .175" up to maybe .5".
