I only shoot one other persons reloads besides my own. He is teaching me how to reload, I trust him. I've never seen an inicident with his reloads through his guns or mine. :what: at those pics though!!!!

Funny, I just shot sporting clays for the first time last weekend, and I'm looking for a used 870 with the proper length bbl. I was using my friends mossy 500. I would have used my Nova, but it's only got a 18 1/2" bbl :( How were you doing with that 18" 870???

FWIW, I didn't use any "special" tools when I built mine. Some roll pin punches would have been nice to have though.

Anybody ever use DSGI 30rd mags? CWS sells them for $10.95 a piece.

I am in CA, I just finished building my AR about month ago. As long as the mag is fixed in the weapon while you have other "evil" feartures equipped, you should be fine. Somewhere in the law it also states that a "tool" must be used to remove the mag. I suggest a Prince50 kit, or something...

I have seen some liquid stuff (I think Midway has some), but I'm not sure how easy it is to get the cleaning liquid off the cases.

I don't think there is any difference functionaly, besides the stamping/engraving on the receiver. Because of the difference on the stamping/engraving, it's classified as different so it's not on the banned list (yet)

I agree. Except in my case, replace Mr. 870 with Mr. Nova Tactical :D

I've got both, I keep the shotty by the bed and the AR in the next room The graph Ironballs put up, pretty much sums it up. Over penetration would not be as big of an issue with a shotgun as it would be with an AR either.

Friend has a Model 1 upper with at least 1500-2000 rounds through it, shoots good and is damn accurate. Mounts solid to his Stag lower too.

I have heard that the Bushnell and Eotech holosight are the same and that Eotech actually makes the Bushnell version. The difference being price, and the protective "rollcage" around the Eotech.

I have been shooting my .22 more. My 10/22 shoots the Federal and Remington bulk packs. Shoots Remington better than the Federal stuff though, it's just so dirty. Usually have at least 1000 rnds of .22

I have the 10 rounders too (damn cali), their site says to soak them in a strong detergent and then air dry them with an air gun or other form of compressed air. I have heard this does not work well though. Damnit. Anybody have any luck cleaning a sealed mag?
