Got one, love it. I bought one of the Kimber Pro Raptors (4") about 9 months ago. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I love its looks and it is the most accurate 1911 I have ever shot.

Answers Sorry All, I haven't looked back at this post for awhile. I bought my catridges from Midway. I did not notice any difference in recoil between the CorLockt 150gr., fusion 150gr. or the leverevelution 160gr.. The major difference was consistent accuracy.

model 94 Legacy I have the Legacy 24" in 30-30. It has been a very acurate rifle. Sorry, no experience with the 44 mag.

I just got back from the range, shooting the new LEVERevolution, CoreLokt, and fusion cartridges in 30-30. Using an almost new Model 94 with 24" barrel. No scope, factory iron sites only. I was very impressed with the new Hornaday ammo. For me it was more consistent by far at 50, 100 & 150...
