Field strip first, clean, remove factory oil, put back together, after you’ve oiled all moving metal parts. Shoot the helluva out of it. Clean, repeat. Enjoy

Ok, guess I won’t be shooting any 450smc out of my USP. Was looking forward to it. Don’t want to see the cheap plastic frame melt, or crack up in my hand. I guess +P is my only option then.

How is the HK USP and itsppastic frame able to handle these rounds? Will I need a stiffer recoil spring to shoot these? Most companies will NOT allow this, Amd if they found out warranty would be banned. ??? I’m at loss for words.

Would a HK USP or hk45 handle this round? A bit nervous such a high pressure round in a plastic pistol.

Also that Glock trigger,.....ugghhh, yuk. Give me that SIG Str trigger any day, or the HK, LEM trigger. Those are great triggers.

Grip angle as well. Shot my cousins .40 glock service pistol, still like other pistols better, The Glock is a damn fine pistol, just not for us. Sig, HK, CZ, GRIPS much better for us. Maybe I’ll,pick up the 10mm Glock soon, always wanted one.

own a few other firearms, not one glock in the bunch, not from a hatred. but the wife and I rented 20+ pistols years back to get an idea for a HD firearm, and the glock had multiple ftf, and fte's it was a range gu, so it probably dirty, none the less, she settled on he P227 and is happy.
