    Which 1911

Actually, Ed Brown has a new line of 1911’s they call EVO that are 30% less expensive than their regular line. One of their offerings comes with a light weight frame and weighs 27 oz. They seem to be well liked by their owners.....

Dream 1911, Glockettes need not reply

Sure, I’m familiar with Brian’s collection.... He’s a long time poster over on Glock Talk and he’s posted pictures several times. No doubt he has many beautiful handguns! I’m not a collector and I shoot all my pistols on a regular basis, so we are very different.

Dream 1911, Glockettes need not reply

That’s what I did...... Three Browns, 45 acp, 38 Super and 9mm top to bottom. All configured the same, ambidextrous safety (I’m a Southpaw), thin grips, wide notch rear sight, good bead front sight and short trigger.

Quest for the "ideal for you" carry gun

This is my first post on this Forum...... I’ve only been carrying a handgun for 9 years, so my history of edc’s is somewhat brief......Glock 26, Glock 30, Sig P220 Carry.....that was the first 3 years. Since 2013 I’ve been carrying an all stainless Ed Brown Commander-size 1911 in 45 acp. Last...
