    Just got a few white S&W's... Almost all of my revolvers are Blue... A Model 60, no dash.. A Model 625-7 pre lock Mountain Gun, in .45 LC. A Model 638-3... A Model 629-2 .44 mag.... And a Colt King Cobra, cause it was the only other stainless wheelie gun l have except my for my brace of Ruger...

    Identity and Date of Manufacture of S&W Revolvers

    I have a 5 inch tubed S&W, M&P five screw old hand ejector, serial number 2835XX... It is a round butt with a blue finish... I think it is a 1905 fourth change... Maybe made around 1919-1920... Any info on this one...??

    Easy enough... I just dug into my good old extra grips box. And pulled out a pair of Herretts "Shooting Ace" grips that l have for my classic Detective Special. Put them on with a Tyler T grip and l really like the results... Grip frame seems to be the same size l reckon...

    The new Colt King Cobra

    I, on the other hand, would probably take the Colt King Cobra. Owning a 2.75" Speed Six, which l dearly love. The Colt looks and feels very stout. And has more accuracy for me, and more comfortable natural feeling ergonomics than my Ruger. And the trigger is much better as well, in my opinion.

    Put the original service stocks back on, and install a Tyler T grip, is what l would do. Should make a difference in making the trigger reach shorter...
