Have some Blazer 240 Grain Ammo that I am thinking about using for Deer hunting. Supposed to go 1200 fps in standard barrel. I figure my 12 inch barrel should pick that up to at least 1400-1500 fps which I believe would improve expansion and penetration enough to be a Good Deer Killing Load...

Cut My teeth on a H&R 16 full choke. Kicked like a Mule and Killed Everything I Shot at with it. My Dad had a Browning Sweet 16. Loved that gun Too. Only reason I no longer own a 16 is because I reload, and I am set up for 12 and 20 gauge.

I would NOT use MEK. I have had good luck with odorless mineral spirits. Took a lot of stickers off knives with it without any damage. I have had Safety Classes involving Thinners. They are far more Dangerous than You think,

I Have Had Excellent results with odorless mineral spirits. Sometimes I get knives with stickers and it is a pain to get them off without messing things up. Just take your time and soak and rub with a cloth.

Big reason that I use Diamond Sharpeners.
