Just me- I'd wear a glove on my
lever cranking hand before I'd
put a semi-permanent wrapping
on a rustable gun part, but again
that's just me
Never needed any of that
Yes
That's because the factories have
laboratories and blend many pounds
of powders to get the desired burning
rate and pressures they want to
prepare tons of powder for loading
the ammunition they sell.
Loading data is prepared by these
same laboratories for use with the
consumer grade...
I've eaten a few that were ok, but I
have learned that if one stinks when
I approach it, it's relegated to the buzzards.
Had several people tell me do this
or do that and it'll kill the stink.
Nope
Not me
No thank you
I had a 3 1/2 " 10ga when we used to
hunt a place with a large turkey population. The big two and a quarter
ounce payload really did the work
I've seen in different places that a
410 with bismuth shot has become
popular with many. I can't speak on
that because I have no experience

Any paper towels will possibly leave
small shreds of towel and fibers in
the bore. Unless your eyesight is
excellent and you'd be able to see
anything left behind, I'd skip the paper
towels for bore cleaning except for
maybe an emergency expedient
A big bag of cotton bore cleaning...
I get the feeling that a few are of the
opinion that a law abiding homeowner
has the responsibility to ring the home
with cameras and alarms and burglar
bars and hide in a closet if awakened
from a peaceful sleep by a thug kicking
in the door at 3AM
There's only one victim of a break in...
No other person is fit or able to judge
me as to whether or not that I feel
that I'm in fear of my life
We as a nation have gotten to where
we enable and make excuses for those
who won't follow the agreed upon laws
of a civilized society
Just me- if you're shooting it at
5 yards/ 15 feet, sight adjustment
or sights in general are a non-issue
I have an old Arminus 22lr revolver
that doesn't even have a front sight
( removed by a previous owner at
some point in time) and I can hit
cold drink cans at 15 feet without...
I already know that it's not exactly
what you're looking for
The slimmed down short version
is to get a different mould that fits
your rifle, or a new rifle that will
work with the mould
You're exactly right on the one
thing. You don't force ammunition
in any way
The only similar...

Reloading needs 100% full attention
to everything that's being done.
I've said it many times, and it chaps
some people's butts, but it's their
butt to risk and their firearms to
put at risk
Meanwhile we can all read the
many posts all over the web about
stuck bolts...
Bought a used gun years ago that
came with a fair amount of loaded
ammunition.
First outing I was getting tremendous
muzzle flash and recoil
The range man came out and asked
what exactly was I shooting.
We looked and he says discontinue
using that here today.
I called the guy up and asked...
Still using the used one that came
with my used reloading stuff I bought
in the early 80's
The slim black o-ring has been replaced
since I had it because of dry rot
With proper finesse and technique,
you can pull with one properly done
wrist snap
