55gr Wolf FMJBT seated to cannelure (2.255) with a light taper crimp over 24.0gr H335 with a CCI 450 SRM in mixed brass gives me approximately MOA+ out of my only scoped 5.56 AR. I haven’t tested it with any of my other rifles.

I ran across these a couple months ago and I’ve been using them in my 375 H&H. They work great.

Does anyone have, or know of any good sources of data for this powder in 50 Beowulf? I’ve heard that it’s a great powder for it, and I would imagine that’s true since it’s marketed for 458 SOCOM. I’m especially looking for data in the 400 grain bullet range. Thanks ahead of time!

Wow, that really sucks! GOEX is all I use in my black powder guns, and there’s only one place within 100 miles of me that I can get it. I really hope someone buys it and continues production. It would be a real shame for such a grand old company to close its doors.

Some 223 brass is also crimped, and it’s not always very noticeable. I use this Lyman multi tool. It works very well.

What 458 did you get? I’ve shot a Model 70 Safari a couple times with full house 500’s. It wasn’t that bad at all. My Weatherby 375 H&H and my Marlin 1895GS with heavy loads are both far worse.

My pet load for my AR10 is a 155gr HPBT over 42.4gr of H335. It has large muzzle brake on the end of it’s 20” barrel. Very loud and concussive, but no huge flash.

5.56/223 and 308 are the primary cartridges we use H335 for, but it does have quite a few more uses. I’ll probably do some experimenting with it.

No, not really. A little flash, but nothing like H110 generates in my 460 S&W or my Desert Eagle.

I think I may try 3031 on the next go around. I load a 170 Gas Checked for my buddy’s BFR using H335. It does really well. I may try it too, especially since I’ve got 16 pounds of it….

The Cast Performance bullets I tried were .458’s, the Missouri bullets are .459’s. The 30-30’s are .311’s.

I’m looking for full power loads. But maybe some plinkers as well. I have some unique for those.

These are sized at .311. I load .308 in my buddy’s BFR.

PS, I’ve also not had stellar results in 375 H&H using Montana 300gr. LFNGC’s over IMR4064. I’m thinking of trying them over IMR3031 which I have found data for, and IMR4198 which I have not yet found data for. Any help there would be greatly appreciated as well.
