    Who scopes their .22s?

I had a Marlin model 60 (with the squirrel on the stock) when I was growing up. The gun shot way to the right for some reason, so I put a cheap scope on it. Other than that, I really like iron sights.

    Cleaning Primer Pockets. Tools?

This is the tool I use. I made it from .030" Starrett feeler gauge stock. Does a great job.

    Is it really “OCD”??

I found some information on OCD from Mayo Clinic: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/obsessive-compulsive-disorder/symptoms-causes/syc-20354432 The funny this is, if you scroll down to "Compulsion Symptoms" you get: Washing and cleaning. Checking. Counting. Ordering. Following a...

    SC passes Constitutional Carry

Way to go, South Carolina! Wish it would happen in my state, but unfortunately, our governor hates the Constitution.

Today I found a new way to screw up.

I have the same situation shooting 6 in my Colt Cobra, then shooting 7 in my S&W 686 plus. Did he shoot six or seven?

    Do you weigh your bullets?

That reminds me of an interview with road racing cyclist Floyd Landis almost 20 years ago. One question was about his nutritional regimen, with the interviewer asking, "Do you weigh your food?". It made me laugh when Floyd answered, "I don't weigh my food. I eat my food". In that vein, my...

Going by the size of the holes, the red circle looks to be about 6 inches across. Good question about bipod and optics.

Anyone else hate those hair pin clips on Dillon Dies?

Seriously? When you're turning the die more than a little, you have to reposition your fingers several times, and in some of those positions you wind up turning the clip instead of the die. Or the clip prevents your fingers from grabbing the die, like in the photo below. Maybe you have a...

Anyone else hate those hair pin clips on Dillon Dies?

The Dillon wrench worked fine for a while, then started slipping off, rounding the points on the die locking nuts. The new wrench works great! I just wish the handle was slightly smaller so it would fit into the slot on my tool holder.

Anyone else hate those hair pin clips on Dillon Dies?

I had a Lee FCD, but didn't like it because it squeezed my seated rounds unnecessarily. I liked it much better after I removed the carbide ring, but it was still restrictive. Meaning it rubbed the case neck if the case opening was flared a little too much. That can happen when you use mixed...

Who had a reloading mentor and I’m looking for one local

Like others have also stated above, my only reloading mentor was THR. I started out just reading the wealth of information here, then joined up so I could look at the photos, too. Hope the OP finds a mentor he is happy with. If not, there's always THR!

Anyone else hate those hair pin clips on Dillon Dies?

To me, these clips are a nuisance when adjusting the dies, especially when I'm switching between .38 Spl and .357 Mag. I wanted to replace them with something, so I was planning a trip to the hardware store to look at o-rings, but then I discovered something in my garage that works just fine -...

Wanting something for squirrel control besides a 22 and need opinions.

Hoppy-tn, welcome to the forum! I read your post twice, and I still don't see why you don't want to use the .22LR. It's not because of the noise level, so what is it?

Removing rusted screw with buggered head. Got it out; update p.3 post #70

Since the screw looks like it's already destroyed, I might try to file a couple of flats on the inside portion, then turn it with a crescent wrench.
