If they are being sold as 'Factory Seconds' then they are a fake for sure as Oakley don not sell them that way. Another tip is if they have a sticker on one of the lenses then it too is a fake. Oakleys have no stickers on lenses. And they are not sold at markets if they're genuine.

I am not sure if I should buy a Bushnell 4-16x40 series 4200 scope or a Weaver 4-16x42 scope in the V series. Has anyone got a recommendation for either? I am putting them on a Remmington 700 in .223 and want more magnification than my present 2.5-10x42. Thanks.

I just put a Timney trigger in my BDL and it is like a dream now. Fantastic for accuracy and breaks like glass at about 2lbs. I think that is the best way to go. The gunsmith did not want to adjust the Remington trigger as the screws were sealed with some kind of thread locker like Locktite.
