Went to my local gunshop this morning,low and behold:what: there is a 1939 mint condition Winchester model 70 in 270 wcf cal.I bought it for $1,060.I have been looking for at least the last 10 years for one of these in this condition.Can,t wait to get to the range.:)

Just ordered 20 ga.(auto) legacy escort supreme mag.It seems to be a well made shotgun,comes with 5 choke tubes.Price was $489.Anyone have one of these?If so how do you like it?Have not seen much info on them.I do know they are made in Turkey.I wanted a little lighter carry around shotgun verses...

Bought a couple of M&P pistols 9c and shield really did not like the factory sites(old eyes):what:.I ended up ordering the truglo sites TG131mpty the green rear and yellow front.What type of sites do folks have on your M&P,s?

I am a very big fan of the earlier S&W models 3913,3914,CS9 and 5906.I have to say I finally ordered two 9mm M&P shield model one for me one for the grandson.From my research they look to be a quality pistol for the price but time will tell.:)

I have been wanting a Ruger 44 mag. carbine for quite a few years now.Bought one on another hunting site tube feed with scope for $425 in great condition shipped.It should be here next week.I will post pics when it arrives:)

I own 2 ruger speed sixes,9mm and 357 cal.both are stainless.Both are well balanced and have great triggers,not like some of the HEAVY goverment/lawyer triggers of today.The speed six IMHO is truely a well built pistol:)

Being the owner of many 3r generation S&W auto 9mm pistols,kimbers,rugers I was a little skepctial of beretta autos!Needless to say I missed the boat with that thought process.I orginally picked up a beretta 950 jetfire(25 cal.)for a mouse gun.I really like its quality build and tip up...

After reading all of the good reviews on the beretta 85 FS I ordered the nickel model (380 cal.)should be here sometime next week:D I hope it is as reliable as my S&W 3rd generation 9mm pistols:)

I am thinking about buying the savage(thumbhole stock))LV-T in 5.27X28.Anyone shooting one yet?If so how does it shoot?I have a few 22 hornets but find the 5.7X28 might be a fun little round for varmints:DThanks for any info.

Spoke with my gunshop today and they told me my Kimber solo would not be coming in april but late this year:cuss:This gunshop is a very large kimber dealer also.You folks waiting on the solos might be waiting for awhile:(
