Yes Ben, I have a chronograph. Where would you start? Found one post suggesting 7.2 gr Vv N310 was max load - but that was with 300 gr hard cast. Another shooter said that jacketed bullets need another grain compared to hard-cast ones.

Climber, Ive already got some data on the 300 gr XTP with Vv N330 and Vv N340 for 1000fps. Have tou ever tried Vv N310 behind that bullet? Do you drill the primer flash holes? Crimp? Hope this isnt too much off-topic!?

I thought the factory (Hornady) cases would be ready to prime, fill with powder and seat the bullet , just like the rifle way, but I cant find any flare at all. Is that a regular thing or is there any factory offering cases with a "belly"?
