1911 tuner, the only thing I have really seen with them is the recoil spring. There was a batch of them made that had the wrong one in it and will be replaced for free. But all of them seem to need replacing around the 1000 round mark.

man, i need to keep practicing with mine. I was able to get a group at 15 yards, but could barely hit paper at 25. Im new to handguns and need to keep working on it. I just cant get my eye focused on the front sight hardly at all.

if i remember right, there has to be a 16 inch barrel on any gun with a butt stock or it makes it a short barreled rifle. Then you would have to go through the class 3 weapon paperwork

i like my 597 with the heavy barrel. I havent had the chance to test the accuracy yet. Ive only used it for plinking, but it hits what you point it at. Oh, and it will shoot as fast as you can pull the trigger with no problems BTW: mines 22lr

Last time i bought remmy core lokt 170gr. they were like 11.99 a box. I havent seen the federal before, i need to go look for some for plinking.

Thats a good idea to make it very difficult to open. I have a small can that i throw spare change in. The most i got it to was 20 bucks before i cashed it though.

Is your 45 a 1911? If so, you could go with a .22 kit for it.

IMO, get the .357, and shoot .357 when your feeling that wild side come on, and shoot 38 for practice and plinking. Its like 2 guns in one.

thats good it didnt crack. When ever i have seen bondo put on a car thicker than like 1/8 or 1/2 of an inch, it will crack and chip horribly.

you know that thing is probably going to crack and fall to peices first time you shoot it? You did a pretty darn good job though, looks like it would be really steady on sand bags.

NEF seems to make great 20 guage single shots. I have one, but have never shot it, and it feels like it was built well.
