I too am sorry to hear of your dilemma. This is another Vote for what ever you shoot Best. Personally I don't think you will be going to the range as much as you use too so Ammo cost wouldn't be a factor. We wish you a quick recovery , hang in there it will work out.

In my Glocks it's 180gr Fed. Hydra-Shok , in my Kimbers it's IMI 180gr JHP
