    Winchester mode 1400 value

I bought a used 1400 Mark 2 a few years back. I bought a kit to replace all the springs being the gun was made early seventies. I like the gun and had no issues with it. Its only downfall is the round limit because of the gas system. Other than that no issues. In mint condition I would ask...

Beretta 3032 vs Kel Tec P32

My favorite 32 is without a doubt my Walther PPK. I do still love the Tomcat but eventually will crack if shot a lot. I have owned the kel tec 32 and did have to send it back for an issue with the slide. My PPK is awesome!

Beretta 3032 vs Kel Tec P32

Beretta Tomcats are beautiful guns and well made but they will crack. I bought a new Tomcat six months ago had about 600 rounds in it and it cracked. I did not use any hot loaded 32’s just standard velocity ammo only. Beretta sent me a new gun and I haven’t shot this one yet. You would think...

    Any love for S&W Autos?

What no love! are you kidding? The M&P 2.0 is awesome, I own three. My favorite is my model 59 which I carried in the 70’s in a shoulder holster which I still have and carry. I go old school once and a while. My bodyguard 380 is always with me.

Marlin vs. Henry vs. Winchester lever action rifles

I believe that Howa are Turkish made guns and not made in Japan.

Marlin vs. Henry vs. Winchester lever action rifles

The loading tubes do stick on cartridges when inserting it with ammo in the gun tube. I solved that problem easily. I used a very fine piece of metal sanding paper on the button end. There’s a slight bell on the tube, all I did was push in the button with my finger and smooth the sharp edges...

Marlin vs. Henry vs. Winchester lever action rifles

I own a pre 64 winchester and a new Japanese 94. Those new 94’s are better built in quslity than the older guns but the price reflects it. Over a grand for my 94 short rifle. I own jm Marlin and a new Henry 30-30 and the Henry is a great quality firearm and has better wood than my marlin. Cant...

    Remington RM380 vs S&W380 Bodyguard

This business about MIM barrels got me curious & looking. I went on You Tube and I did see one gun which had a line on the barrel hood and a crescent half moon around the witness hole. My pistol does not have any of this and appear to be a forged barrel. Now maybe they went back to forged...

    Remington RM380 vs S&W380 Bodyguard

I have a bodyguard and my barrel does NOT appear to be MIM. I bought this gun about three months ago, new from Buds. It is an LE gun if that makes any difference but I love this pistol. It shoots awesome! I use the Polycase ARX ammo and it shoots this ammo very well and is extremely accurate...

    S&W/Walther SS PPK/S

I have numerous Walther PPK's in my gun collection. A German PPK/s in excellent condition, a Ranger built PPK in 32 acp and two S&W 380 PPK guns one blue and another stainless. I don't agree on a lot of what I just read on here, regarding outdated, poor quality, light strikes, reliability issues...

    Tokarev

I have a Romanian and a Yugo in 7.25 love the caliber. The guns are a fun gun to shoot with the big blast and no recoil to speak of. I do prefer the grip on the Yugo over the Romanian. The pic above appears to be a Romanian just by looking at the slide serrations. Enjoy the guns they are well...

    The S&W Bodyguard is junk

Well after reading all the above I have to say I was skeptical on the performance of the bodyguard. I have shot over 500 rounds of mostly carry hollow points ammunition. I can honestly say that my pistol runs flawlessly and is dog nuts accurate especially with hornady critical defense ammo. This...

    The S&W Bodyguard is junk

I can tell you why. Because so many are obsessed about light triggers today and complain about the bodyguards doa trigger. Now because of that they try and lighten the trigger just enough so its not too heavy and fires. In Time it softens and light strikes occurr. They can make the gun so it...

    The S&W Bodyguard is junk

WOW, the whole gun is junk because you got light strikes. Don't you think thats a bit over the top. I had a glock 42 and had to file away a bit of the slide stop, it was contacting the bullet nose. It was failing big time until I worked to fix it. I would never call it junk, its still a very...

Ruger LCP, LCP II or S&W Bodyguard

I love my S&W M&P Bodyguard with no safety and a laser. The gun shoots awesome and other than an occasional light strike, it's never jammed. I find that light strikes only occur, when I shoot rapid fire or taps. Never happens on slow fire. I happen to like the trigger on this gun and I have...

Ruger LCP, LCP II or S&W Bodyguard

I bought the bodyguard with lazer and no safety. Im left handed and have no use for the safety. I prefer the double action pistol rather than a pistol with a light trigger in my pants or appendix carry. The day you need to pull the trigger it could be 20 lbs and you wont know it. The doa design...
