Two gun shop owners in my city disagree with you. They have seen dramatic increases in the number of 10mm's they sell and are keeping a LOT more of them on display as a result.
Yes, feeding problems. The tip of the bullet hangs up on the ramp. Occurs with ALL hollow point ammo even when using Wilson magazines. What's discouraging is that when I returned the gun to Taurus for repair even they didn't (or couldn't) fix it.
I have a Taurus 9mm 1911 that is extremely finicky about what ammo it likes. It works fine with FMJ but just about any hollowpoint is problematic. It has been worked on by Taurus and a local gunsmith to no avail. Can anyone recommend a 9mm 1911 that is not picky about what ammo it likes?
I have a CZ 75 SA. Out of the box the trigger was superb and got even better(!) the more I shot it. Accurate, super reliable, fits my hand like a glove--I LOVE that gun.
