Which ever you decide to go with the ability to mount a light would be important to me for a social weapon. Personally, i'd go with the AKM if it runs well as it should. The AR is set up very nice though. :-)

That's what i did and i highly recommend getting one of his.
Make sure to ask him to remove the pistol grip to ship to california.

Hey Guys,
I'm looking at possibly buying a Mosin M38 that the bore slugs at .313.
Will i be able to use surplus and commercial ammo and expect good accuracy or will it have to be handloaded.
I'm not up on the handloading thing myself yet and appreciate any advice.
