Hey thanks for the input. It does make sense that it would work better at lower velocity's which makes them useless in something like a M1A. Didn't really think about it. The part about stripping them from the mag. makes good since. The M1A is a little hard on bullets. Thanks for the wake up.

Has anyone tryed to load 30 cal.sabots using 22 cal bullets for use in the M1A? I don't have any idea of where to start or if it can even be done safely. If anyone has a load that would like to share it, it would help. If it can't be done safely don't hesitate jumping my a--. :what:

I've got the Spartan SxS in 410ga 28ga 20ga. If I'm not mistaken 400.00 is about the right price for the Deluxe Mod. They have the nickel reciever. The 28ga is made on the 20ga frame. (if I'm not mistaken) I have not had any trouble with any of them. I will tel you this, the finish on the stocks...

I to do the same thing ReloaderFred. Most people clean their guns but neglect their dies. Some go as far as to polish their dies. I've done it with my 7-30 Waters dies and it does make a difference.

With all this reloading has anyone thought about cleaning the dies? Sorry but it's one thing I do about ever 3 months.
