Been a long time since I messed with a NS Lefever. I think you could make a retainer block like I did just using straight in screws to hold the plunger instead of angled screws. Not sure, but worth a try perhaps? Can't recall exactly why I angled them. Best of luck! Joe

Put some light grease, or preferably moly -grease, on the sear and hammer notch. Then put light thumb pressure on the hammer while pulling the trigger. Do this 40 or 50 times, and it will make the trigger feel much smoother, and usually eliminate most of the creep. Do this with the gun broke...

Howdy Jaymo. Just found your posting. The ROA I modified was a "one of" project. It required a fair bit of machining to the frame, and could not be a "drop in" parts set. I'll get some pic's posted of how it operates.

I use very fine ScotchBrite to apply cold blue. White is the color of it. It works way better than steel wool in my experience. I like Birchwood Super Blue the best, when used with the ScotchBrite. I also like the OxphoBlue Creme, and 44/40. They all work better with the ScotchBrite. It blends...

Here's the two that I have left. Used to have a stainless also. I modified the one on the bottom to look sort of like a Remington loading lever, and it seats the ball much easier. I dislike the way the Old Army cylinder pin bends downward when seating a ball.
