Colt's civilian M4 (6920) comes with an H buffer. They assume you'll be running true 556 ammo. BCM also uses mil spec sized gas ports. So assuming you'll also be running true 556 in a middy, Id say you'd probably be ok with an standard or a H. Rifles like my Bushmaster are over gassed, so...

Ok, it says too little trigger finger. Guess Ill try adding a little more of the padding on my finger to the trigger. The G19 comes with the stupid target trigger, I wonder if swapping out to the standard trigger would help also.

The new poly coated stuff is ok in my AR. I don't use it in my pistols. The steel casing facilitates faster extractor wear.
