Since the gun needs to be both ambi and suitable for both genders, I would argue that the Smith & Wesson M&P is the best choice. With ALL of the controls on both sides of the gun AND three grip sizes, the M&P 9 would be a perfect choice. Very high capacity, reliable, ambi and adjustable.

I've never been able to get the mag loader to work. It seems like it wants to push the round down in the wrong place. In short time, the 12 rounds will compress the spring enough though. Thanks, Bob

I've used it before, with no problems. It's maybe not the ammo that you should run all the time, but it's hard to imagine that 50 rounds could do anything bad. Shoot it!
