    Sig P220 in 10mm

I look forward to seeing what the pricing will be.

Which Rifle After Basic Slots Are Filled?

I personally would add some type of "precision" bolt action to the mix. Pick your caliber of choice.

rem. md. 31 made into a trap and skeet gun.

Very nice. The barrel seems a little short based on the pictures for a dedicated trap gun. I would lean toward this gun being intended for skeet first, with trap as an afterthought.

    My AR make over

Nice rifle. My personal tastes favor your previous incarnation but add the Aimpoint. I like simple. But that comment is in not intended to be a slight to what you have done. Different strokes for different folks.

    Romanian WASR vs Unconverted Saiga

I would choose a Saiga, even unconverted, over a WASR. Even if you decide not to do a full conversion on a Saiga, at least convert it to the point that the trigger is back in the proper location.

    Norinco 84S , Any fans?

I have the BWK-92, your rifle's ban era brother. I really love it. I have never shot it for groups, so I'm not much help with that question. I would suspect, that 2-4 inches at 100 yards is probably what you will get, varying with quality of ammo.

    Used .22lr options.

You might be able to get an additional 25.00 out of the MKII. I don't have any knowledge on the other two.

    Dpms ap-4

That price is basically what you pay for brand new. A couple of mags adds about 20 bucks, and the Magpul sites are inexpensive as well. For that rifle to be a "good deal" it needs to be 700 or less.

    FNC 223 Sporter / FN FNC-80

If you find an FNC for 3k or less, grab it immediately. They are in high demand because they can be a (relatively) inexpensive auto conversion. The reason for this is it is rumored that there are actually more auto sears available than rifles. I don't have any proof to back this, but it is a...

    New to me: ArmaLite M15A2

You could mount a bayo without a flash supressor. However, it would just be supported by the lugs/locking mechanism of the bayo only, with no support of the ring.

Your expert opinion sought for rifle decision

If you can honestly and realistically shoot accurately at 600 yards with open sights, then an M1A is a fine choice for a semi auto .308 "battle rifle". However, if 600 yard open sight shooting is not your forte, then if you are set on a semi auto, then an AR patterned .308 would be a better...

    Steel case .223's

Just make sure your rifle will shoot the steel case before commiting to an entire case. Some ARs will, others won't.

    Which AR for me?

Building could ultimately get you and above average accuracy A2 AR, but if you were looking for one out of the box, look at the National Match style ARs with the freefloat barrel. Pick your favorite manufacturer, all that offer a National Match A2 style are pretty comparable across the board.

    New to me: ArmaLite M15A2

You may be able to find a better deal through a local gunsmith, but if you send your complete upper to ADCO(highly recommended for AR barrel work) it is going to cost $115.00 plus shipping if you send them the complete upper.($65.00 for the barrel threading, and $50.00 to remove/reinstall your...

    Norinco SKS Price Range?

There is quite a spread. $250.00ish for a modified gun up to $400.00 for pristine with all accessories. If you walk into the gun shop to sell one to them, you are probably going to get $150.00 to $200.00

    DS Arms FAL/SA58 .308

The accuracy is battle acceptable, which is what the rifle was designed for. 3-4 inches is pretty normal with milsurp ammo. You might find one that shoots better, but it would probably be the exception, not the norm. 2k is too much. Shop around, you can find better pricing in the 1100-1400...

    Mini 30 / Mini 30 Tactical Interchange.

I would venture a guess that it would be cost prohibitive to change out the barrel and/or action. Before you move to a free state, sell your CA compliant version and buy the Tatical when you get out. Or, keep it and simply have the barrel threaded for a flash suppressor.

    "Pre-ban" rifles on gunbroker

Some states(New York as one example) still have weapon bans patterned after the expired Federal assault weapons ban. To have "prohibited features" in these states still requires pre-1994 weapons.

    just got it.

If by "a tapco set", you mean Tapco furniture, I would suggest you find something else. Tapco furniture is cheap for a reason, and there are much better choices for not much more money. Otherwise, invest in mags and ammo and enjoy shooting your new rifle.

    Remington r15 help please

"it just don't like the wolf" is a general statement that gives us no idea of what the issue is. Is it a failure to feed? Failure to extract? Cases getting stuck in the chamber? Wolf is relatively underpowered in .223 in relation to higher quality ammo. Some ARs run fine with it, some...
