I have a 6x18 swift with target turrents. The adjustment on the swift will keep
turning long after the reticule has stopped moving especially when going up on
elevation or going right on windage. What I did was I put the gun in a padded
vise and attached my magnetic bore sighter to the...
One note about shipping guns yourself. Make sure that the FFL that is going
to recieve the gun will accept it from an non FFL. Some won't They will only
go FFL to FFL. I just went thru this in OH. I had to go to three gun shops
before I found one that would recieve it for me without an FFL.
I ran into a problem yesterday. I bought a long gun from a private party on the
internet. He wanted my dealers FFL so he could send the gun to me thru the
post office. When I went to my dealer to get a copy of his FFL he told me that
he would only give his FFL to another FFL. He told me that...
Is there a method to remove a dent from a gun stock? I read
somewhere that steam can be used to lift the dent. Does any-
one know if this is true or not? If this is the case how is it done?
I would appreciate your help.
Labinnac. What is the differents between the classic and the plus?
They both look the same and are the same price. I don't see any
differents in the pictures.

I still like to shoot a 22 once in awhile. What are your thoughts
on these two. I know that the Smith model 41 is king but they
are a little expensive. thanks in advance.

for another 50-75 rds after I cleaned it. It also was not accurate.
It would shoot about 3...

does not have the internal lock. The dealer said it is one of the
last few without the lock. It is a 83/8 barrel which I am looking
for. the price is $545 plus tax. what do you think? thanks for
your help.
I E-Mailed S&W a couple of weeks ago about the poor finish on
my new 686. I never did get an answer. The one side of the gun
looked like it was finished with a wire brush. It had a lot of light
scratches. I was able to polish them out with scotch brite.
I had a taurus tracker I think model 971 in 22mag. It was a pos.
It was not accurate abour 4 inches with a scope at 25 yds.
After about 75 rounds the cylinder would bind up and I would
have all I could do just to get it open. After cleaning it would be
ok for about another 50-75 rds. I...
