I'm glad I never joined the NRA. Gun Owners of America is a far more gun friendly outfit. It's not suprising the NRA decided to build their HQ in Fairfax County VA, it's one of the most RKBA restrictive jurisdictions in Virginia and that apparently doesn't bother NRA at all.
