Anyone else becoming a "gun miminalist"

I am a gun minimilist... what caused be to become more of a gun mimilist is my experiences living here in California, the more restrictive gun laws are a big turn off for me, I just dont feel comfortable spending a lot of money on guns, so I keep my spending to mostly ammo and just make use...

Took my Nagant out this Weekend

cleaning your M44 rifle? make sure to use some hot soapy water to clean your M44! to prevent corrosion from the corrosive surplus ammo! I think WOLF is non corrosive but the other ammo packed in 15 rd boxes is probably slightly corrosive surplus ammo. Hot soapy water is the best way to...

    KEL-TEC Sub 2000 or Hi-Point Carbine

KELTEC is better... I would choose the KELTEC it's a better quality firearm, better steels, the HI POINT is a cheap pot metal gun made similiar in quality to a Raven pistol [piece of junk] :uhoh:

    12gauge or AR

my 1st choice is an AR the AR15 could be used for a lot of different situations, the shotgun is much more limited to close range or defense situations. The AR has more precision and can deliver a lot more firepower and hit multiple attackers more efficiently than a shotgun.

my pc-9 is driving me nuts

once you get the hang of it , it is really easy, the assembled receiver should go right on, try pulling down on the bolt a little more as you lower it into the receiver so it engages the disconnector, if you dont pull back far enough the trigger wont work, also make sure the hammer is "cocked"...
