    Dan Wesson VH8 .445 vs. S&W 629 PC Light Hunter - value/accuracy/shooting-pleasure...

I took the plunge! 357, we both were considering the DW VH-8, but after trying through two stores here on the Island (including T&T) there were no DW's to be found, then I changed my mind. I decided that the .445 was just to oddball a round to shoot on a regular basis and not...

Should I buy the Dan Wesson VH8 .445 Super Magnum?

Is that quote from DW recent? orders on hold? check back in SIX MONTHS? ***! :cuss: I'd call CZ directly, they've got it on their website as a product for sale. Tell them you want it, ask for the wholesalers name who stocks it , and then go to Stan, and get the ball rolling! If...

Should I buy the Dan Wesson VH8 .445 Super Magnum?

.357, I'm in Nassau. I' can't believe someplace like American Outdoor, Coliseum Gun Traders, or my favorite T&T Gunnery can't get the DW for you. I'd think that since they all carry CZ's, a DW would be a no brainer. Have you checked these guys yet?

    10mm v .357 Magnum

"angels dancing" IMO, whether you choose 10mm or .357 does'nt make much difference; they're both great rounds !; but one forum member's end quote says it best... " shot placement is King, penetration is Queen, everything else is just angels dancing on the heads of pins"

Should I buy the Dan Wesson VH8 .445 Super Magnum?

Me too !! 357, I'm considering the same purchase of a DW VH8 as you are, and for the same reasons (range/HD, mostly .44spl with an occasional .445SM). I have only 2 wheel guns so far ; a SW 686 6" bbl .357, and the SW PC 627 5"bbl 8 shot .357. I'd love to add a .44 and the VH8's ability to...

    Smith & Wesson M327 TRR8, any good?

TRR8 beautiful, but light Ninja, you've probably bought a gun already, but for what it's worth, I picked up and dry fired the TRR8 and found it to light for my likes. Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful revolver, but I went with the all steel 686 6" bbl, 6shots and couldn't be more pleased...
