We had to sign a form forbidding us from carrying at work or on work premises. Not even allowed in your personal vehicle. I asked the VP if I could get a pass because I shoot 3 days a week at a range 2 miles from work and I live 30 away. They said no. Now I park with my weapons in the lowes...
Well this is a little inaccurate. I contacted the azdps.gov CCW branch regarding the issue, and I received this response not long ago:
"Yes, a copy of your Michigan permit does meet the training requirement for an Arizona permit.
Please provide us with your mailing address, so that an...
Correct! This I know. I want to get an AZ permit for a few reasons. I know that res and non res can carry with or without permits. I would like to actually have the permit because it allows a few more carry perks.
I'm just looking for info regarding possibly transferring my permit for an AZ...
Is there a way to "transfer" my CPL from Michigan and acquire a CCW in Arizona. Or do I have to take the course and reapply for a new license once Im there?
I have researched this on the net, but I have not been able to find Solid information.
Thanks!

I use 1 1/8, but its cheaper. I can get the Federal Target 7 1/2, 1 1/8oz, 3, 2 3/4" for $5.50/box locally, plus the guy waives sales tax (or discounts 6%) if I buy a case. Cant go wrong!!!
As the M4 comes to the US from Italy, it has an import parts count of 13 out of the 20 major parts per 922r. In its stock form it is legal because its deemed a "Sporting gun" but once you choose to modify the gun and change out parts with other parts identical to a gun that is prohibited from...
Once you modify the m4 with an evil part it becomes non sporting therefore must follow 922r technically. To me it's not worth the risk of being potentially caught in violation eventhough everyone says it's "never" enforced. I like my toys to be legal.
If I am understanding 922r correctly, I would have to replace 4 parts with US made parts in order to install the Imported collapsing stock. The current import count on a Benelli M4 is 13 parts (since the stock setup is legal for import, the 13 is ok, but in order to change parts, I have to abide...
The Benelli collapsible stocks are not expensive, but Benelli only sells them to LE/Military, civilians cannot buy that stock directly from Benelli. Thats where the price gouging comes into play.
The stock is only $150 from Benelli, just need to be in the right business to get your hands on it...
I know someone on here has one. Just the standard m4 with collapsible stock added what is the overall length with stock fully collapsed? Would like to add one to my m4 but need to see if this is going to make me SBS.
Thanks!
Benelli m4 11707
Yes a new barrel is easiest, and Sig make certain threaded barrels for their pistols.
Here is the page for ordering directly from Sig, although they are currently OOS on the 9mm Threaded P226 barrel :(

Well now that suppressors are finally legal in our great state. I am on the hunt for one. I ordered a factory Sig threaded barrel, (9mm). I hear great things about the SWR Trident 9, seems to be fairly priced. Although I am finding it difficult so early to get a dealer to get their hands on...
I am very aware of the temperature in Arizona lol... I travel there at least 5 times a year, we boat on Lake Havasu for Desert Storm in the end of April, and have a place down by Tombstone that we make it to a few times a year, like this trip...
I am very very very familiar with the state...
Excellent info, I will definitely have my CPL in my possession so thats great to know where the state draws the line.
AZ is my second home, and hopefully soon to be my primary in a few months...
Ok, is there stipulations on restaurants that serve alcohol? Almost every place on the planet at least offers beer. (not talking family or fast food joints). But in michigan, the primary source of income must be alcohol by the glass for concealed carry to be prohibited, otherwise, even though...
