I've read in some of my reloading manuals that the 180gr bullet for 357mag was developed for longdistance shooting or for T/C Contenders.
Should you not use them in revolvers such as the Python or S&W Model 27?
I'm looking at 22mag revolvers for plinking and just noticed S&W Model 48's on Gunbroker.
Now I've got to have one...too much 22mag ammo sitting around my apartment unused.
As a generality, have these revolvers aged well?
Anything in particular to look for in this model when buying one...
