Make sure to stop in Ashland, VA just north of Richmond and check out Green Top. Plan for 2+ hours at that stop, it is without a doubt one of the biggest gun stores in the state. I personally will drive out there if there is a used gun I am looking for and its a 5 hour drive one way.

I recently purchased a Remington 870 in 16ga and would like to have the barrel tapped for choke tubes. I am having a hard time finding a shop to send the barrel off for this service. Does anyone have a gunsmith or shop that they would recommend? Thanks in advance
