I just started reloading and have new rcbs 40 cal pistol dies that leave a ring. I just started and was not sure if it might be normal???

I have a friend with a Husqvarna Imperial 30-06 rifle who wants to sell it. I got it and cleaned it up, freshened up the stalk. looks very nice, hasn't seen a lot of use. this has a controled round bolt. havn't shot it, are they generally a pretty acurate rifle and what would it be worth?

new to loading. have an rcbs powder measure and have trouble getting consistant load, as .5 gr. or more variance. I started using win. 800x. what kind of consistancy can i expect??? terrya

I have a 700 rem. I have had since I was a kid. shoots good, I want to freshen it up, refinish stock, (i would like low luster maybe oil finish after stripping and cleaning, freshen blueing on barrel and bolt (does touching up worn bluing work well, or do I need to strip it and start fresh?) the...
