    I have Winchester mdl 43 use 13gr lil gun, small pistol primer. Hornaday 40 gr ballistic tip and get sub moa @ 100 yd. unfortunately they need to be hand loaded as they are to long for the mag. Also tried brass Barnes 40 grain hp with good results. Both loads are running around 2950 to 3050fps...

    I have a an older Winchester (mdl43?) in 22 hornet. Case life is poor (3-4reloads and the cases will split). If you get a 22k Hornet I hear they will last much longer. Easy round to reload small pistol primer fill it with lil'gun (13gr), stick a 35-40 gr built get about 3100 fs 3 rounds...

    Over 500 Yards on a budget

    Look at the Cz 550fs 308 offerings. I have a manlicher 20 inch barrel with a sightron 1x4 that is under 1moa With hand rolled 165 gr bt. The set trigger on these guns is amazing! Ace
