I have no doubt they would, but i have herd that a 9mm round came threw a windshield and hit the BG in the head and didnt penetrate his skull, but he surenderd.. was fired from a sub-gun i believe.. so 9" barrel maybe, and what are u talking about maybe 4" ? hmm.. lets see what others think...

Ya i think if your out of ammo for a 30 rounder for your m4 and you need to switch to the glock mounted under your gun then your way over your head and probably should let the police deal with the problem :P

If it is real i believe it is justified, after all they boxed him in and came at him with a bat.. though not really a good stance or proper hold on the firearm.. waving it around not really aiming.. and vary bad mistake sending the girlfriend/wife to get the camera..
