Open Carry Advocate I think that OC and CC both have their places and should, for all intents and purposes, be held on an equal level. Unfortunately, the laws in my area (CA) generally preclude issuance of a CCW permit and also ban loaded open carry, making the citizens... er, subjects, carry...
