Think of a business like a house. You generally have the right to deny people access to your house for a reason you see fit, why can't businesses do this as well?

I might be using a bullet for history assignment of mine and i'm going to need to contact gun shops and ask for a bullet. I'm after something that has no gunpowder and obviously is just for show.
