my 95, upon ejecting fired cases will , instead of throwing the cases up & over my shoulder clearing the gun, will flip the cases directly back, hitting the top of the bolt shroud about an inch from the breech end, leaving a distictive brass mark. the boys at winchester said this is normal...

i recently bought an older model USA made redfield tracker fixed scope thats new in the box for a price that i took a chance on. do any of you out there have any 1st hand experiences with these ? if so i would like to hear your opinions on them, pro or con . thanks

is anyone familiar with a weaver DCH scope?..it has the micro trac feature and is 6x40mm. how do they differ from the k series?..i basically just wonder what this "DCH" feature is or stands for..thanks

i need a legit 800 fps load for a 5" barrel .45acp using RED DOT powder under a 230 gr. lead round nose. alliant claims this with 4 grains ( ? ), but i would like to hear your results if you have used this recipe or 1 close to it with RED DOT..many thanks

sam..the load i use & gave is very accurate in my rifle. for practice sessions simulating ranges & shooting positions i have while deer hunting, i shoot at 50 yards off my knees and also offhand, no rest at all. if i do my part, groups stay under 3 inches. i'm certain groups would shrink shot...

keith..pretty well said. about the only thing i disagree with is that while you may not need durability out of the AK..you get it anyway.
