I got a Bulgarian AR-M1 flash hider(threaded in 24 x 1.5 right) for my Tantal and its way to large in diameter for the gun. Does anyone know how to get this thing on the muzzle? Is there some kind of adapter or another flash hider sold somewhere? Thanks.

I've never had to change my Form 4 address. As I understand it all I have to do is mail a letter to the ATF in Martinsburg, WV telling them when the change will be effective and of course the new address. Is that all?

I searched but couldn't find an answer. If a weapon is on an approved Form 1, and the owner moves to a non-NFA state, what updated address should the F1 have on it--the original address, or the storage facility's(bank safe deposit box) in the NFA state? Has anyone here ever had this problem?

Obviously, members of the military can't bring back any NFA weapons. But what can they bring back? Handguns? Ammo? Mags? Possibly swords? As of my understanding importing guns or ammo requires a license. Maybe someone can enlighten me.

When they show military personnel on the news, I noticed that some have M4s and others carry M16s. How come? If shorter barrels are more useful un urban environments, then why don't they all get M4s?
