Also, it is easy to switch to flat floor plates and they can be had for under 10 bucks. 12 rounds in the .40, 13 rounds in the 9mm, and 8 rounds in the .45 are the standard capacities. All three look the same on the outside.

There is no duty to retreat in NC either. That statute discusses home or residence but I imagine it applies to your business or vehicle as well. I am pleased she was able to save her own life. :cool:
