nice handgun
Those are nice guns at a nice price, but the steel ones are heavy. They also have very reasonably priced conversion kits to 22 lr that lets you practice with your carry gun if you so desire.
well I did it
Well the lgs had sold out of the RPR in 6.5 Creedmoor but as my luck (don't know if good or bad) might have it they were taking rain checks on them, and will order one and keep it at the sale price!
There just happened to be a Nikon rep there and he took a rain check on an on...
looking tomorrow
My LGS is having their Ruger sale today and tomorrow, they usually have several Ruger big shots there. I actually had the president sell me a 22/45 a few years ago when they first came out at the same store. I hope they have a 6.5 because I plan on putting one on layway at $899.
Is no one having trouble with the magazines? I bought a cpx 2 the other day and you have to SLAM the mags in to have them latch. I did see some other sites where folks were having the same trouble but didn't see any real cure to the problem.
I have a friend with an FFL, he sells stuff out of another business so not really a gunshop but he will make transfers for $15. He told me that I could buy a gun online and have it shipped to him as cheap as he could buy it. Unless you buy loads at a time, I don't think you will get a very...
sale
they have pretty good sales on good clothing sometimes. The hunting and firearm stuff is not as good a deal. Prices on reloading components and equipment are sometimes good on sale but fat chance you'll find that anytime soon.
MS has no open carry and if concealed must be completely concealed, printing is frowned upon. They are trying to reinstate open carry but until it passes, keep it hidden.
I just started using it when I bought a lock n load ap I think it's better than sliced bread lots less messy than a pad lube. I have only used it on 223 rifle so far but it works great!!
I saw a shooting show on one of the sportsman channels a while back that was dealing with this issue. they had double sided sheet rock walls set up and shot them with pistols shotguns and an ar. I was very surprised when the ar had the least penetration. they had two walls set up one behind...
all the way
great idea, but be sure to drill all the way through the concrete, so you can pound the anchors flush with the surface if you ever move the safe. Redheads are the way to go with anchors, 'and wives' :D
same problems
I recently bought an ar15 and instead of buying dies, I begged a set from a relative that I knew didn't reload 223 any more. He owned a mod 700 in 223 that he had sold. I said all that to say this, you DO need a small base die set to reload for an AR, especially if you use brass...
roger
I am also right handed and left eye dominant. I only realized this when I started using a bow hunting. I have always shot rifles and shotguns left handed because (i know this will sound stupid) I cannot shut my left eye alone. Don't know why no nerves or whatever controls the solo...
