There is NO SPEED:o But there is a hell of lot reliability:) I like the fact I can switch from 45ACP to 30-06 to form 25-06 brass. Then load .223 and then 38s. My RockChucker is 15yrs old. I just love RCBS. But it is alittle slow.

Might be OK for you, but NOT for me! I've seen films on hunting Bears,and lions that way. I just would'nt feel good about killing them that way. They again I like bears and lions. I just won't shoot them. And I hunt.

It's just me! but I carry ONLY factory loads in my hand guns! Now hunting and plinking that's a differant story.

Will be passing through MO. in Feburary. Plan on making a stop at the Sierra plant in Sedalia MO, and pick-up some 2nd hand bullets. Anybody else done the same?

Went to Hy-Tech Ammo web site to see if they have IMR-4895.Not even listed :( Is it starting to "Dry-up! My M1, and FN-49 in 30-06 just love that powder. Did'nt want to spend $17 to $18 bucks a pound for the new stuff Any recomendations:confused:

Single stage!!!!!!!!!!! Hands down! I've had my RCBS Rockchucker now 14yrs. Yes it's alittle slow, but one day I load 45s then 06, then .223 then maybe some 38s and so on. Built like a tank! Dillon.......to much Plastic crap!:barf:

Just curious, who use's RCBS X-dies. And if so how do you like them. I shoot mostly my M1 Garand & FN-49 in 06.. And I'm sick and tired of trimming brass after 2-3 reloading:banghead: Just not sure if I should buy the small base die or the standard die:confused:

Anybody have a favorit handload with this powder in 30-06? Was givin a pound of IMR-3031, must be at least 20+ yrs old, still smells good. Have some 190gr bullets, and loaded them with 32gr of IMR-3031. Shooting them out a 03 Springfield. Keep it on the low end, for now!

Yep! That's the powder i use...4895! Surplus 147gr bullets:)

Where are "I-Shot" bags made? China,Mex,:eek: USA.......;)
