Need a professional opinion. I know bluing involves the use of mineral salts for the actual bluing process but isn't normal table salt corrosive to gun bluing?

Thanks Kruzr. I checked out Tripp Research, but was told it wasn't him. I edited my thread to reflect that. Tripp Research has always been my favorite hardchromer, although the Baer vendor isn't bad either.

Does anyone know who Les Baer, Inc. uses to hardchrome their pistols? I know RMA does the Bear Coat, but not the hardchrome. Not Tripp, although I think Tripp is one of the best hardchromers around.
