Actually, I had to try it to prove it to myself....but I have an easier time concealing a full size 1911 strong side OWB than I do a snubnose SP101 appendix IWB. Usually a good shirt, or light jacket is all it takes. You might give that a shot. It's much easier on the back as well.

While concealed? No. No one finds out unless I want them to. Now, as a measure of courtesy I do ask before visiting someone's home, and I have been asked not to bring a weapon inside a time or two.
