No EBR. Well not American made, but a nice M1A Scout purchased last year should be quite capable. Got a few more than I need as they seem to be safer investment than the markets or cash savings. Will likely continue to focus on ammo for the most part. Really need a second safe as well :rolleyes:

30-06. Never been a good argument against it. You can find high end stuff or cheap military grade fodder. Next would be the .308 for the same reasons. Those are pretty much all I use for hunting or paper punching, be it from my bolt actions, Garand or M1A.

Just my opinion, but I think often it can be rifle to rifle differences even in the same brand and setup. No matter how good the machinery, no two rifles will be precisely alike.
