    need suggestions for next buy

Just bought a SR9 and the next one on my list is a Beretta Px4 Storm. Why I need another 9mm I don't know but these two are the smoothest pistols I've shot lately. :)

    Kel-Tec Quality Control Check

I bought a used P-11 from a co-worker (unaware of it's age) who made me aware that the take down pin would come out after heavy firing. Sure enough it would and dump the slide, barrel and spring out on the ground in front of me. :( I returned it to Kel-Tec and within 4 weeks I got it back...

    22 CAL. semi-auto handgun recommendation

"I am trying to find out if anyone could recommend a good 22 LR semi-auto handgun. That is one that does not jam on a regular basis, shoots strait and, is reliable. And, the less expensive the better. My experience with 22's is that they always jam.I have a 38/357 Mag that I use for a night...

    22 CAL. semi-auto handgun recommendation

I found the Rugers rather pricey, very nice pistol no doubt. I shopped both new and used and even used Rugers were a bit high. I bought a used S&W 22A and I'm very happy with it. Also easy to clean which should also be considered.

Almost had to shoot a skunk last night.

instead of shooting them I catch them. :what: while in the cage, at daylight, throw a blanket over it, make sure you have a rope tied to the cage. take the cage and skunk, possums too, to the lake, drop cage in lake, hold onto rope. now you have a choice, :scrutiny: you can be...

Which .22 handgun would you buy of these two?

The Colt IMO. I have a 50 yr old Huntsman, super gun. But I'm sure Smith is great too.

Anybody else still carry the Kel-Tec p11?

Ha! Just sent my P11 to "Bill" at Kel-Tec to look into my issue with the takedown pin popping out. Maybe he will replace that spring too since I also complained about the trigger pull. :) Thanks!

Anybody else still carry the Kel-Tec p11?

"BTW there's a little trick to reducing the trigger pull force. I dropped mine a couple pounds, didn't cost a thing". please elaborate

    Gun Movie screw ups....

shame on Arnold I'll bet this isn't the first for him but in the Dirty Harry Special Edition 2-Disc an interview with Arnold has him talking about Harry's ".357 magnum". Come'on Arnold, surely you watched it before the interview. More proof Arnold doesn't know what he's talking about...
