I was wondering the same thing just yesterday. Saw some of that dry lube Liquid Wrench at the hardware store, and was curious if it held up to the heat of firearms. It says it has PTFE in it. If I need dry lube I usually use Remington's Dri-lube stuff, but this stuff would be a cheaper...
