    Selling Sentimental Guns

Curious as to what other peoples thoughts were on selling guns that you don't use but have sentimental value to them. I have several that my dad owned but he passed away 9 years ago. The only ones that might have some value are a couple of Belgium made Browning A-5's in 12ga that were made in...

Round count to move to a progessive

I would like to know at what round count did you decide to move to a progressive press. I currently use a Lee Classic Turret which I like. But I have been shooting a lot more lately due to a new range opening up about 15 minutes from my house. While I enjoy reloading it is eating up my time in...

    BHP Model and value?

My dad bought this used in the early 90's for $500, I think it's a MKIII but I'm no expert on BHP's it was made in 89 I believe. Black matte finish, ambi dextrous safety, the front sight is machined into the slide. A few scatches, but I would say 85% or better. I know this is blasphemy but I've...

My scale has a mind of it's own

My RCBS 10-10 scale (that I've used for years) suddenly lost it's zero. It sits in the same place on my bench, I've been loading a lot lately, same load, same powder, same everything, hadn't adjusted anything. But I always check my powder measure several times. Started out yesterday, ran my...

30-06 and IMR 4350 compressed loads

I was loading some 30-06 for friend and I was using 53.4 grains of IMR 4350, When I seat the bullet it is sitting right on the powder with no "powder rattle" Overall length is correct, will this be a problem? I've not run into this situation before, so I wanted to be sure.

    Lube a matic questions

I have reloaded for a while now, but my father always cast and lubed the bullets. Well he passed away last year and I have no clue how this RCBS lube a matic works? The info from RCBS looks like it was drawn by a 2nd grader and I didn't find anything on you tube. I understand that I need...

    really weird question

I was ordering some supplies from a website and an item that I placed in my basket that should have been $200 showed up as $0. I know that can't be a freebie and it doesn't say back order. I wonder if I should go ahead and place the order? Any ideas?
