Carefully apply heat - to the screw if possible - use a soldering iron. Some folks have had success with a heat gun on the frame, you need to be careful to not damage any plastic/rubber parts. Alternate the heat with trying to turn the screw.

Be careful the wife doesn't take it over. When I take my GF & daughters to the range, I almost have to fight to get mine back (and it is not nearly as pretty)!
