    Ruger No. 3 sight options

the williams muzzleloader peep sights seem like they'd work well, flat on the bottom. I'm hoping I can make the sights screw into the 6-48 holes that the weaver base was mounted on

    Ruger No. 3 sight options

My uncle recently gave me this Ruger no.3 in 45/70, a previous owner added the octagonal barrel. I am looking for suggestions for aperture sights for it. If I could attach the rear to the weaver base that is on the rifle it would be convenient. I was thinking some sort of globe style front...

    Unique in 38 special

Before I found this load I was seeing loads for 158 grain lead rounds. I backed the charge off a bit and came up with 3.5 grains. I loaded up a couple rounds this way, so we'll see how they do. If I get any that don't clear the barrel I'll jump them up to 3.9 and work from there

    CZ82 Failing to re-cock

Hopefully it will be something simple for them to fix. I was pretty excited about buying it because its my first pistol, as well as the first item I have bought with my curio and relic license.

    CZ82 Failing to re-cock

I have searched google for this topic and found some info that might be related, but I bought a cz82 a few months back, and upon firing I noticed that the gun will not recock on firing, if you cock it manually you can fire single action, but it only works in double action otherwise. I tried...

    Grizzlies starve as salmon disappear

I wouldn't think that it would be an arrogant statement to say that the actions of humans could affect weather and other natural cycles, I'm sure all the species we have driven to endangerment and extinction could attest to that.

How much does your gun club cost?

The range I go to the most is run by MD DNR, its $20 a year, 100yd rifle/pistol range with a shotgun field and a couple archery stands.
